Message	Think I found it. Apparently many of you are right. I spent 30 minutes at the local Nissan dealer this morning and it appears to be a Door Pocket Cover. Part number 80945-30P00 I will call Courtesy anyway to see if they concur, but in case someone needs this part I think this is it. Thanks everyone.
